NEW SINGLE ALERT!

July 24 !!!!

Ever had to pay rent?

“Bills to Pay” is a funky, alternative indie anthem for every dreamer who’s ever chosen art over rent (and for every human with bills to pay). Written from the driver’s seat of survival mode, the song turns the chaos of being a struggling artist into a celebration of trust, manifestation, and joyful rebellion.

With groovy basslines and a carefree spirit, Cely transforms everyday stress into something gloriously danceable—a reminder that even when the money’s tight, the vision is rich. It’s the soundtrack for chasing your purpose with the windows down and your worries in the rearview.

About

CELY RIVA =)

Bio?

Born and raised on the vibrant island of Puerto Rico, Cely Riva, began carving her musical path in the heart of New York City and now calls Los Angeles home. These three cities—each rich in culture, rhythm, and soul—have shaped the distinct sonic world she creates today.

Cely’s music is more than sound—it’s self-discovery. Her journey led her to study music production under Gian Carlo Rodríguez (Ordinarios Extras), and songwriting under the guidance of Prithvi Prajosh. Through their mentorship, she honed her skills in beat-making, lyric writing, and harmony arrangement. Whether you catch her deep in a vocal stack or fine-tuning a melody at 3 a.m., one thing is certain: Cely lives and breathes her craft.

Her upcoming debut EP explores a unique blend of genres, seamlessly weaving together Spanish and English lyrics with personal storytelling, bold ideas, and sharp wit. With every song, she invites listeners into her world—equal parts playful, heartfelt, and refreshingly real.

Stay tuned. Cely’s just getting started =))!

PS. Cely sends you massive bliss, peace, joy and TONS of funkiness!!
